Well done Robert, an excellent book - Expert CAD Management. Having followed Robert's writings and columns for many years, it's great to see all this experience packed into one easy to read book. Robert's book provides a complete guide to the fundamentals of CAD management dealing with real world CAD management issues budgeting, training, management oversight, expectation management and software/network configuration. I recommend this book to existing CAD Managers and those considering CAD Management as a career direction.
