Publish to DWF from the Sheet Set Manager
Following a number of questions relating to publishing single and multi-sheet DWF files from the Sheet Set Manager, here's a brief summary of how to do this. Firstly I am aware that the Sheet Set Manager is probably the most under-utilized facility within AutoCAD, this is probably because we have existing systems to manage our drawing sets. However, if you haven't used the Sheet Set Manager yet, do give it a try, you can realize some huge benefits. The Sheet Set Manager is particularly useful for us AutoCAD Map users.
Anyway, let's have a look at the options available for DWF output from the Sheet Set Manager...
The Sheet Set Manager provides us with a single interface to manage all of our drawings relating to a specific project, multiple users are able to access the Sheet Set and view the available drawings on any given project. The above display shows an example project where you can see that I have the first 4 drawings open, indicated by the small pad-locked icon.
Right-clicking on any of the sheets shown will bring up the context menu, on which you can access the various options for DWF publication...
If we look at the Sheet Set Publish Options, you will see that you are able to define a number of parameters for DWF output, location of output file(s), DWF type - Single or Multi-Sheet, this is particularly useful for outputting an entire project drawing set as a single DWF file.
You can then select individual sheets in the Sheet Set Manager or Multiple Sheets (as shown below), then right-click and select "Publish to DWF"
